Hello to all our wonderful customers/followers, we are happy (kind of) to be back to work and hope that you are all well and are adjusting to our new way of life for now! We have put in place procedures inline with COVID-19 HMRC and BBSA guidance to help us and our customers keep safe as set out below. Developments surrounding the coronavirus pandemic are changing on a daily basis. While the crisis is ongoing, the HMRC and BBSA will continue to provide its members, and others in the industry, with guidance. We are following these guidelines daily. We wanted to let you know that we are offering a "Stay at Home Sale" for any Shutters purchased by end June 2020. Unfortunately for all of us, we are all unable to travel or holiday anywhere for the forceable future so home improvements it is! Most of us are at home with not much to do other than think about re-decorating our homes while we have the time at home! If you are thinking about home improvements help is at hand! Upon booking an appointment whether its for measuring or fitting, with risk assessment and respecting social distancing, we are now able to come to your home (if agreed and safe to do so for both parties....): Unfortunately, at the moment, we still cannot offer some customers an appointment who would be in the high risk category (anyone over the age of 70, anyone who is self isolating or has a person who is being shielded or has symptoms of COVID-19 or is at any high risk whatsoever). A booked appointment will be based on a risk assessment agreed by both parties. Procedures we have put into place: No hand shaking; 2m social distancing at all times; We will remove our shoes (which we would do anyway); We will wear gloves; We will wear a mask; We will use hand sanitiser on way in and out; We can show you swatches from a 2m distance, unfortunately customers cannot touch the swatches at this time (we can send individual swatches through the post if necessary). Any areas of your home we have touched, even whilst wearing gloves (ie window frames to measure/fit, we will antibac with wipes before leaving). We will be strictly following these guidelines set out by HMRC/BBSA until further updates are issued. If you have an on-going order with us and would prefer not to have your Shutters/Blinds fitted at the moment under the circumstances, of course, this is absolutely fine, you are welcome to just contact us when you feel comfortable to have them fitted. We hope all our wonderful customers and Facebook/Insta followers are looking after yourselves and are well. Stay safe everyone.
